Scale Service supports Brocade fabric hardware after Broadcom support ends, across director chassis, fabric switches, port blades and extension switches. Coverage is quoted against your specific environment rather than sold as a fixed package.
Support is one option. When you are ready to move on, we also supply refurbished replacement hardware and buy back or securely dispose of what you retire.
Common questions
Do you support Brocade directors as well as switches?
Yes. Coverage includes the DCX 8510 and X6 director chassis and their port blades, alongside the 6000 series fabric switches.
Broadcom now publishes these dates. Does that change anything?
Only the source. Brocade lifecycle notices moved to Broadcom after the acquisition, and that is where we verify these dates.
Can I keep running Brocade fabric hardware past its date?
Yes. The fabric keeps running. What ends is the supply of spares, firmware and escalation from the manufacturer.
